regular needle felts

polyester (PET) regular needle felt

With smooth surface, needle felts made from polyester yarns have good air permeability and are not yielding. They are excellent in industrial fume dedusting and dust collection.

The weights are available from 250g/m2 to 1100g/m2.

polypropylene (PP) needle felt

Benefits from the good phsical and chemical characteristics of polypropylene, the PP felts are wearable, acid & alkali resistant and have good air permeabiltiy. So they are usually used in the strong acid and alkali conditions.

Besides the dust collection application, PP needle felts are also used in the liquid filtration processes.
