Our corporation culture is a human-oriented culture. We strives to develop and maintain a working circumstance where every staff can enjoy working with their superintendent and colleagues. In Tianyuan, every staff should be able to grow without any limitation and won't be stopped by bureaucracy, sexuality and education background. The relationship between the staff and the superintendent are more harmonious and more equal. The senior managements are required to be punctual as common staffs. There are no exclusive parking slots and dining hall for them. Every staff is given the equal chance to obtain the equity incentive.
